Marching Band

Effective July 1. 2026, PWCS will require medical physicals for all high school marching band students to better support student health and safety. Students must participate in the registration process with their parent/guardian to complete education and other required acknowledgements and forms.

Athletic Registration Requirements

Parents or guardians must complete the online athletic registration at least one (1) week before tryouts to allow time for eligibility review and medical clearance.

Parent/guardian must create an account in Arbiter and list their personal email as the Account Owner. This allows for future communication through Arbiter.

As part of registration, Page 3 (Physical Examination Form) of the VHSL Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Physical Examination Form must be completed, signed and stamped by a licensed healthcare provider and uploaded.

We cannot accept any hardcopies.

Students will not be approved for participation until this form is reviewed and approved by the Athletic Trainer.

Maintain eligibility requirements set forth by VHSL and in the PWCS High School Activities and Athletics Eligibility and Participation Guidelines. Sports Physicals expire after 14 months, this may take place in the middle of a season! Arbiter will send an alert to the Account Owner's email , so please monitor
