*The Bruin Band Boosters is not a program or department of the Prince William County Public Schools, but an independent organization which has obtained the approval of PWCS to support its schools, students, teams, programs, and extracurricular activities. All funds raised by the Bruin Band Boosters must be used for approved school purposes.

Individual Payment Plans
The Bruin Band Boosters are extending the option of creating an individualized payment plan, especially in light of the financially stressful times that many people are facing. If dues payments are an issue, please contact Bruin Band Booster Treasurer Lisa Hammond at FPHSBBTreasurer@gmail.com as soon as possible to discuss an individualized payment plan. Fulfillment of your band dues commitment is an integral part of the BBB’s budget planning process and finding a mutually acceptable means benefits all parties concerned. Marching Band and Color Guard fees
2026 Season: $350 per student
June 30 – First payment of $125 is due
August 22 – Second payment of $125 is due
October 16 – Final payment of $100 is due at the conclusion of the Marching Band season

Full Payment may be made at any time if preferred
Other Possible Fees for Marching Band and Color Guard:
(These anticipated expenses are provided for family budget planning purposes only. Payment instructions will follow at a later time.)
$55 - We are switching uniform shoes this year so all members of the MBB will need new shoes.
$3 – $5 for replacement socks or gloves
$130 – $150 for color guard items such as shoes, tights, earrings, make-up and warm-up suit (cost varies depending on which items particular individuals need)
$40 Blue Band Jackets
Meals – Due to the distance of some competitions we attend, it is necessary for students to eat while we are gone. MBB members typically have the option of purchasing food at competitions or bringing a meal from home as well.
Donations
Outside of volunteering for the marching band season or fundraising events, the best way to help support the Bruin Band Program is to consider making donations to the Bruin Band Boosters, the non-profit parent organization that exists to support all aspects of the FPHS Bruin Band Program. Below are a few methods of which you can make a donation:
